We do not use a contact form. Email is the only way to reach us.
What to write about
- Corrections. You found a wrong rule, price, date or link. Tell us the page, what is wrong and where the correct information is published.
- Right of reply. You represent a firm we cover and want to respond to something we published. Send the page and your evidence. How we handle replies is in our editorial policy.
- A firm we do not cover yet. Tell us the firm and why it matters to you. Links to its terms help.
- Evidence of a payout or a denied payout. Send a link to a dated, public source. We do not accept screenshots without a source as evidence.
What we cannot help with
We are a publisher, not a prop firm or a broker. We cannot open, restore or check accounts, process payouts or refunds, or take sides in a dispute between you and a firm. For those, contact the firm directly.
