What this site is
Prop Firm Gauge checks proprietary trading firms (prop firms) across forex and CFDs, futures and crypto. For each firm we set out the rules as the terms write them, what one attempt really costs, and the public evidence that the firm pays its traders, graded from A to D. We show our sources with dates so you can check them yourself.
We cover rules, costs, payout terms and evidence, regulator warnings and rule changes. We do not offer trading signals, strategy courses, broker reviews or investment advice.
Who we are
The site is written by its editorial team under the Prop Firm Gauge name. We do not use invented authors or personas. Research and drafts are prepared with AI assistance. Where we could not open a source (a search snippet, a page that was not opened, or a site that blocked us), the page says so, and such a source is never the only basis for a grade or a ranking. How that works is in our editorial policy.
We have no accounts with the firms we review. We have not traded their challenges or received payouts from them. Everything on the site comes from terms and public evidence, as described in our methodology.
Who checks the pages
Every page is checked by our own editorial team before it is published: each number and rule against its source, each risk stated plainly, nothing worded as investment advice. We do not have an outside expert or licensed adviser reviewing pages, and we do not claim one. If a firm or reader shows us an error, we correct it and date the change.
